The ALB offer and valuation did us a huge favour. Gave people the chance to cash out, who wanted that. ALB never had the strength to buy LTR. It has a piss poor Balance Sheet. Management of ALB is not tier 1 in my opinion, it reflects their SP. SQM is much better and stronger.
