I think the options they have given themselves is shocking.
The corporations act can be used to remove directors. All I need is 100 votes to put a compulsory resolution to shareholders.
I will source a good director who is honest and conservative. This director has little or no experience in running mining companys, thats why its been changed to an investment company.

When they took over this company they raved about how the previous directors sucked money out of the company. Do you want more of the same.
