there’s no need for sharing 5G everywhere, it covers a pretty large amount of population centres in Australia. I don’t think you don’t need 5G connection along highways, sure it would be nice but how often would you really use it. My parents use Starlink but they are quite rural, still it’s quite expensive compared to everything else and most people can’t afford it. It also requires a lot of things to go right to stay running, they are launching new satellites every few days, if they went bankrupt or there was any sort of global conflict you wouldn’t want to be relying on rocket launched infrastructure.
