it is very simple they raise the money when they don't need to they raise the money before drill results so either it has been priced in or results are not good (we don't know) but certainly I don't see any thing in short term that will drive the price higher than recent high until they start any drilling (avalon) so if it doesn't go up it will side way and down to find support. stock market isn't hard to understand and the people who run the company are the experts in the field so they know when it's the right time to raise money, if they think it will go higher then they will wait.
