    ask yourself the same question why did they paid 3.3c early this year when they can pay much cheaper at 2.4c?
    I made this prediction weeks ago
    CR before the results usually don't look good

    did you get in at the wrong time at the wrong price?
    scare that s/p will drop below your buy price?
