We have a BOD that is not independent, who were threatened with suspension because the Canadian Govt and ASIC told them to comply with Corporate Governance requirements.
Those same clowns are now determining who will be our next Managing Director and new CEO (or if that even happens).
Crawford & Brown are interlocked with 1MC, currently in it's death -throws.
Buckler may be considered Independent depending on which taxidermist you speak to.
KP openly states we don't have to go downstream as per our commitments to Quebec as it will only incur a penalty / fine.
These people have to go or it will be Altura (AJM) take two, on that I promise you.
