You can have all the business nous in the world, but unless you're an outright shyster, you cannot be better than the cards you hold in your hand when negotiating. We have a great set of cards for our new management to play: 14 patents in diverse areas and more pending, a massive amount of research data in the lab for indicating 28 human cancer targets for therapy, more suggestive and potentially useful data for potential viral research, and now the human ALS/MND trial results and, before I forget, the proof of the use of the drug in humans and its ability to pass the blood-brain barrier - which opens up many horizons in neurological and cancer treatment. And all of this achieved on the smell of an oily rag.
