if the SPP shares are ratified the company can raise again in the next 12 months if necessary, at an appropriate price and time, without shareholder approval, so no risk that funds could not be raised without the options.

the options will place a ceiling over shareprice appreciation for the next couple of years. If the share price doesn’t rise high enough to warrant their conversion, and the company requires further funding it’ll be at a discount to some price under 3.5-5, and the options will be useless.

Imo the options have already served their intended purpose, and retaining them is more risky than not.

but you probably have less self interest and know better after investing $50k on the assumption the options would be approved.
