Biggest issue with TRS is their lease liability and I guess it is eating all profit as it comes in (if any) and this significant erosion of EBIT will be shocking but let's see if market notice it.
Their stores are small but they put them into Westfield and other premium malls where you always finds kmart or bigw so what is the point of having reject shop there?
they should only concentrate in poor socio economy area and close down all shops in high rent shopping centres.
