I would like to suggest that the actual PE is below the reported number above
why ? - fairly stable costs but an increase in recent months to the coal prices (thermal)
Also if you are holding long term then the cost of infrastructure at Newcastle port may be a bit high currently - as the co-op are making the changes while Mt Arthur is still operational, after this is completed the cost could fall by $x per T .... estimate $6/T, estimated timeline = 2 years
