One can argue the fair value of this stock is 90c-$1.
The SP reached this level after the last quarterly call. Only reason we saw +$1 imo was due to the NATO announcement.
IMO over sold is if it hits low-mid 80c as that’s where the stock was hovering (78-80c) prior to the last quarterly announcement (which was positive).
Im gonna guess this if gonna hover between 0.85 and $1.05 until the lead up to the next quarterly call.
