100% with you on this Gerrado, approving resolution 3 makes zero sense when the opportunities and validation are this far advanced.
If nothing comes in next 12 months SP will be below conversion price anyway and will be raising for peanuts again.
If any one or more of the opportunities listed in announcement progress to JDA or design freeze with EV1 is achieved by years end then they will know how much volume will be required and should be then able to release some forcast growth estimates, so a raise well above 3.5c would be likely achievable as it will move from spec stock to a stock you can actually put a value on. To remove the overhang of selling that will come with 3.5c and 5cent options on the table looks like a wise choice to many.
There is also a team of scientists still plugging away in life sciences so might get something left field to bump the coffers up as well.
Having chatted with many about this topic the last few weeks the wisest advice I received was “never bet against self interest”. On this occasion it is in my own, my friends and my families self interest to not see this go down a path of potentially unnecessary dilution and shareprice suppression for a rather insignificant amount of money.
