It's in the PNG National court and not the yet to be born Bougainville court.
Surprising that it has taken all these years to start.
BOC does have financial assets (about $40m I think) that could be used in a payout, but a large payout could set back any chance of development, IMO.
I am not a awyer and do not know how PNG law relates to this case.
