If China is going to impose heavy restrictions on the export of its own Graphite supply, forcing importers to look elsewhere, then the price of Graphite as deemed by China you would have to think would be a minimal factor in negotiations for offtakes. Since it becomes irrelevant because you aren't sourcing from China.
A new ex-China Graphite price will be dictated by suppliers outside China that hold all of the cards. Like the position that RNU has expertly navigated itself into.
