A quick calculation has JP, Terry & Richard taking up a total of 3,269,563 shares across the SPP and director offer.

That is 8,693 more than was noted in the offer. From a legal stance they have fulfilled their obligation.

Yes they applied to be able to take up more but this is noted as UPTO in the meeting notes.

As at this morning Daniel and Claudia have not taken up any shares based on appendix 3Y lodgements. Richard only the $30,000 SPP.

Terry also added 100,000 at 31.2c after the 46c raise.

They have 3 business days from the date of change to lodge so they have another 2 days.

Something tells me thats it though.

You have to babe honest JP and to a degree Terry doing all the heavy lifting.
