Once EPA approval is granted and perhaps the big insiders start getting a look at our Optimized Study, they will need to hope to get the market cap north of $200mil and beyond pretty quickly, or I wouldn't be shocked if we see takeover interest from some of the main resource companies. The ones who $300mil is pocket change and they can afford to sit on it or get construction underway in their own time and just wait for the vanadium price to turn and start printing money.
I would not accept $300 mil for starters, and I would prefer this group find some favourable funding and get it underway ourselves,,, but ready to go vanadium projects don't grow on trees, so what other acquisition targets are there if any big players want to own the vanadium market down the track??
AVL would be my pick of projects globally, and that window to buy us out at the perfect time could close quickly if any of the hints about funding options being genuinally tangible as soon as we have approvals and final feasibility study is done.
That would warm things up, and if it happens, hopefully they are history buffs as well so are familiar with this shareholder base actively frowning in lowball offers.
