I said it before and I’ll say it again, having jefferies on board is a game changer, they specialise in global deals some much larger than this one and they earn a majority of their cash from commissions on deals. They wouldn’t take this role if they didn’t believe in it. It also explains why major changes have been made since they came on board such as salary changes and selling of nickel stocks.
