Not sure how to do private messages on HotCopper, if in fact it is a feature, please let me know how to do that because i don't want anyone here to think that i am trying to up or down ramp anything. I am just trying to understand the economics of the science.

@2ic It looks like there are two things here

    1. The processing technology and its efficacy &
    2. The quality of the deposit

If we assume that the processing technology actually works, and is able to concentrate the material by a factor of say 15 or even say 20, the bags of concentrate from Halleck will have somewhere between 4-7% REE's, which doesn't sound like a lot to me.

ARR are claiming that they intend to do away with the low value material and produce a concentrate that has the 5 REE's that are worth real money, is this even possible? If so, what would say 5% concentrate containing only the good stuff be worth? I am trying to be objective here and figure out if in fact the concentrate percentage is less relevant than the concentrate composition.

Have you done an analysis of what the concentrate might be worth?
