That looks like the market for size, so I don't know why a seller would want to try to sell 1.5mill at 2.5c.
I mean, you are either a seller or you aren't, but given this stock tends to trade size by appointment, all you are doing is slowing down the traffic and letting the market trade around you. Not a very intelligent participant, I'd suggest....
