Because you cant buy $200M at $0.90. With current volume you would be lucky to buy $10k at this price.
To defend spider, the plan still stands. Im not entirely convinced management has done anything wrong necessarily.
They were failed by the design and install which caused significant delays. Given it is a complicated plant, it would be hard to account for it, or fully appreciate the challenges when something does go wrong. Im holding my judgement until the current testing is completed.
