FFX needs to hold a meeting to approve a distribution cash / escrow.
That requires the accounts to be lodged and the relevant notice to be given.
The escrow conditions are strict on committing use of the escrow. I may be wrong but doubtful can give the notice of meeting until after 23rd June 2024 so meeting Late July / Aug at the earliest.
