The best part of the rights issue is that it's underwritten but when you look at all the reasons the underwriter can get out of this agreement, I'm not that confident that they will.
They should add Nobium in the mix to create some buzz. Elko is still being maintained offers a whiff of optimism if the politics should improve over there.
