Will the prospectus include a history of public statements by SE and BA and an analysis of the veracity of those statements? I imagine that in this day and age the prospectus will need to include a trigger warning for existing investors - perhaps something along the lines of "Existing investors may find statements included in this prospectus extremely upsetting or laughable". Or even a health warning advising investors to "wash their hands thoroughly after handling the prospectus as it is full of shit."
