I am not surprised a bloated business who cut 950 staff end up not having the best staff engagement. The fact that they grew the business by increasing subscribers by the same amount as last year suggests that there were far within the business.
now that they have a leaner cost base they can choose to attack area like the UK which they can achieve higher growth.
