We always knew the notes would have to be refinanced , we actually thought sooner
even before the notes pay out in April. No surprise there, just a matter of timing and i think
it was good timing. ENC was as they say is fully funded, true but they did not say about the notes.
Anyway it was a down turn in global equities today. Hopefully we will recover tomorrow.
