Arms suppliers' responsibilities.

If say the US gave a Nuclear warhead to the Ukraine
and the Ukraine wiped out the CBD of Moscow
with it, would the US be responsible?

If the US supplies long range missiles to the Ukraine
which the Ukraine uses to bomb Russian cities,
is the US responsible?

If China supplies Russia with long range missiles
and Russia uses them to bomb Ukrainian cities ,
is China responsible?

The position of being neutral means consistency ;
that is if" its good for the goose, then its good for the gander."
International law is based on consistent principles...not
bias.
