    The way I figure it: We have to eat no matter what so on one hand it doesn't matter if a drought increases the cost of food. That being said:
    • RFF is vulnerable where we (Australia) have a drought but other producing countries don't.
    • most of their holdings isn't in what could be considered 'basic' foods like, grain, rice etc. If food gets really expensive it's not hard for consumers to cut back on beef, almonds and macadamia's.
