I think John Brumby should be doing and saying something about the loss of Labor votes to the greens.

Nearly if not all of their poll loss of base has gone to the greens and nearly all if not all of the greens gains has come from Labor.

This is a massive problem for Labor and John Faulkner in past couple of days had said as much while giving a speech.

Brumby is IMO taking the easy way out here by looking to sure up Lib preferences ... who would have thought that Labor when they decided to try and be green by taking up the warming mantra.

But lets be frank here, they know the greens will give them the balance of power so they refuse to go down the path of attacking the extreme greens.
