So homeco just sold $50mil of its own units in HDN on market for a 20% discount to NTA.
That's a pretty big F you to the holders of HDN units.
Doesn't instill a lot of confidence that the sub vehicles of HomeCo has it's shareholders best interest at heart. Pretty aggresive FUM growth going on at any cost in my opinion.
