That may be true - but Winsome is significantly more advanced that it was when it pulled the trigger on the last CR.
You don't just raise because you are running lower on cash - you raise because you need cash for the next stage of your progression.
You are probably judging Winsome by the same yardstick as other developers at this point - yet seem to not appreciate this is a key point of difference.
Massive dilution coming for both PMET and LRS from here - very little if any required for Winsome.
