GK is almost exactly describing Sandfire. (I hold both). The Spanish Cu-Zn and Botswana Cu-Ag mines would sit very nicely in S32.
SFR has run hard recently as it met its production targets and the PoC rose. It wouldn't be cheap, yet it would be value-accretive.
BHP's all-paper bid for AAL shows what is possible - though SFR is much better run than AAL.
