It won’t show up as a sale in their accounts, only ASIC and the ASX can trace this sort of thing if they suspect something. You would have to think they suspect something now given what some insider fools have said on here over the last few years and particularly the last 12 months. Phone conversations about no battery’s being produced at IM3NY was one that was mentioned mid last year well before the market knew nothing was being made.
O’l Boi pretty munch dropped himself and others right in it with that one!

They could be lent out for short selling, but would need to be returned to the owner for a transfer to take place of the underlying stock
