The demand for ever increasing energy is producing increased demand for fossil fuels, solar, nuclear, hydrogen and whatever can be used to meet demand. in my view nuclear will be high in the mix because of its low climate pollutants. We need to focus on how we can develop this in the most economic and efficient way to combat the climate change to meet world demand. The alternative is to continue to let the demand for fossil fuels like coal and oil to grow as solar and wind can't solve the problem alone. If we start now in Australia to explore the option in 20 plus years we will reap the rewards or be left in energy poverty and crisis if we don't move now.
