The board has made mistakes, they're only human, the board have never controlled the SP, investors do.
It appears JP wants to get to cash flow positive without debt, that means CRs & dilution unless there is an genuine offtake agreement.
Just a function of the pickle he's gotten himself and the company into.
He has many times the exposure I have, so I'm still onboard the leaky ship!
