there is a question, why only $150k at 1c. ? = recent events.
Suggests to me, the gas tank was running dry in sight of the service station. So you just walk there with a 5 litre container.
Combine this with the revelations from the GM that we ought to expect anns to follow within a few weeks.
Whether that is an accurate projection is to be speculated, and to be revealed or not.
