getting the approval to mine in the nanny state is very difficult , look at the mineral sands project in gippsland that was rejected by the govt , exploration companys need to pick the states that give them the best value for the dollars that they spend in the ground and at the moment Victoria is not that address . l am sure that the price of Falcon will go up when the announcement is made and best of luck with your investing .
