Yes it is 4.75% of the total shares on issue, so 34M, but there will always be some level of short interest.
For A2M in a long term historical trend it has usually averaged around the 4% mark. It's only under extreme bullish or bearish circumstances where its deviated substantially from that so one could possibly expect a little bit more short closing but not a massive amount.
