    Everyone here has a different assumption as to whether negotiations exist and if so what stage.
    Management still has the freedom to use the ‘negotiation’ phase as reason to delay - but maybe not for much longer (?)
    The CR issue is an imbroglio. So a simple request. Avoid until we know more….much more.
