1....look, it wouldn't be polite if AV didn't do the right thing in not supporting his Directors ... don't you agree ...& who wouldn't & he was obligated to support them, however, what has she contributed? If she has connections what has she introduced to the company over the years that you can point it out to me...

2.RSus V Stock Options....this is an issue that could go on for some time..
1. I support staff &NED receiving options...
2. Options should be base grant and with the performance of the company they get the uplift over strike price...
3. RSUs at zero cost can be granted as a reward for hitting performance goals
4. RSUs at zerocost for NEDs, goes against the concept of there being aDirectors pool of $700K (forBRN). Under RSUs is free cash irrespective of performance & is in addition to the DirectorPool fund....I don't get it. Granting Options are different as it require an increase in SP (performance) & they convert they pay the company the strike price...this is different to RSUs...
5. Av put his view as you agree and did some DD but my research indicates that the use of RSUs isn't the same...
6. Don't get me wrong, it is important for the company to be competitive & issue stock, but my research indicates that is not the solution, Ken S and Anil M received 5.3m and 6.1m RSUs (A$1.5M and $1.7M). that is a large freebie- don't you agree?
3 it's not hard to find Aust directors. the fees paid are designed for US Directors and the Aust Directors get the benefits. How many Aust directors receive a free A$100Kpa?... Yes ASX 200+ maybe
Brn has a difficult task & based on PR it has been good however IR is poor hence why there has been 2 strikes...
