Welcome aboard! With all respect to Roger, who is a top bloke, Newmont would not return his calls. We are trying to define a Tier 1 elephant deposit that if confirmed could produce in 1 month what Vertex is looking to produce in a year and Spur would produce it every month for 20-30+ years compared to Vertex’s 2 year mine life. Vertex has a decent IRR but it will never be Newcrest 2.0 with their tenements. Vertex is not a comp IMHO.
