Re my other post and something else I should have mentioned.
It seems that one has to fit into one of the investor categories. (a) sophisticated/Wholesale Investor = One of the following; 1. You are investing $500,000 or more 2. You have assets worth or $'s - 2.5mill or more 3. Your earn 250,000 per year for last 2 yrs 4. This one involves a bit of explaining, and the mob I recommended will be able to explain it, it appears that this would be the easiest to reach and doesn't require the above sums of $'s, it's more to do with them knowing that you know, all the risk factors, of which they supply in pages of doc's etc.
