Shareholders make a change by VOTING, please vote at the pending AGM, I am not suggesting how anyone should vote but :
Our current BOD are not independent.
3 Existing Directors (Brown, Buckler & Crawford) have an atrocious history and record.
The BOD committed us to an appalling LOM OTA which KP gloats about at PLL.
Why have neither the Canadian and US Governments not thrown fists full of Grants at us ??
Can Shareholders see a true copy of the Board Committee Meetings to see what has truly been agreed behind closed doors ?
I do not trust this Board so I will be voting NO at the AGM, that's just myself, my opinion and my voting rights.
Please don't throw yours away.
