As by the closing bell yesterday, on the Pact's register, we still have
1307 shareholders that owned more than $500 of Pact shares. Excluding 4 RG's accounts, we end up with
1303 shareholders.

RG has altogether 301 357 021 shares, up by 17 282 shares from his latest 3Y notice. He has 2 Bennamon's accounts, one for off-market transition and one for on market transition.
His off-market account has 60 404 623 shares, up by 16 669 shares from the same time last week I checked.
His on-market account has 69 642 804 shares, up by 103 419 shares from the same time last week I checked.
This has indicated that his off-market acceptance has been weak and people are reluctant to send to him via off-market. In my opinion, that is why in the last ditch attempt, 84.5 cents support was knocked down on purpose. Just my opinion on this paragraph.
There are a total of 344 290 053 circulating shares in the market, so RG owned around 87.53% of it.

Manipur has 22 615 485 shares, up by 113 304 shares from the same time last week. They owned 6.569%. It means despite their buying support wall was knocked down, they has been continuously supporting Pact's holders by buying more shares at the back guys.
An individual account still maintain 2 250 000 shares on the register, which is equivalent to 0.654%
User123 stated he has around 1.3%.
Together, top 3 accounts have 8.523%

Citicorp nominees has 2 252 519 shares, down by 11 525 shares from the same time last week.
Jp Morgan nominees Australia has 808 465 shares, down by 919 shares at the same period.
Warbont Nominees has 592 733 shares, up by 2 587 shares.
HSBC has 330 807 shares, no movement.
Morgan Stanley Australia has 252 907 shares, down by 11 650 shares.
Altogether, those insto nomineee accounts has around 4 237 431 shares or equivalent to 1.23%. It is hard to envision all or any of them going to sell out their whole volumes at this stage. They have been here since the takeover bid starts (or even since IPO I would say), and even till now, they are still here. I don't think all of them going to accept to the offer and I think their interest is just trading around.

From the new top 200 holders list, the 200th place belong to a superfund account with 14 184 shares in it. To my best estimate, excluding the top 3 accounts, RG's accounts, insto accounts, there are 179 top holders with approximately 6 386 237 shares which is around 1.85%.
So if the top 3 holders and the 179 remainder accounts maintain the volumes, we have approximately 10.373%.
