The trouble is that the NDIS was designed by politicians and alleged experts. Why not learn from other examples. I have heard about keyboard jockeys and other interesting people who are known to authorities for their ability to breach passwords and other interesting pursuits. These people are hired by gov'ts to assist with the design of failsafe systems. Our alleged gov't should visit our prisons and interview crims in the slammer for fraud and financial 'engineeringj' for gain. Maybe even offer 'time served' deals in order to have the crims identify flaws and faults in gov't systems. It would be paying crims but we do that now because we are paying respected crims who have made it into political parties. Think of the T/A abuse.
