Just an FYI mate..
The COO role is not a new role.
James has replaced Rafael, who moved onto a CEO role at another Company. Obviously moved onto a higher role than COO.
So there was already a ‘gringo peering over his shoulder’ lol.
No indictment at all. Just backfilling the role with a great replacement IMO.
Unsure on pay, but it may be around the same amount Rafael was paid, who knows…
