what did we expect when we put a group of opportunistic thieves on an island and let them breed up

it’s the culture

there’s really only one way to rehabilitate people- education

and Australia refuses to properly educate it’s population

instead of providing free , solidly classical based education; Australia chooses to provide job training - and charge it’s people for the service

then we get surprised when they revert to old habits when the opportunity arises
