gjcl, there certainly is a double standard when it comes to reporting on results from different companies. Take Sandfire today, up 50 cents to over 8 bucks. Why? Because yesterday they CANCELLED an mou with LS-Nikko Copper Inc. Undoubtedly, Sandfire pulled out because the price and prospects for copper in general are much higher now than when they entered into the agreement. NOW, what do you think would happen to Cudeco's share price if it cancelled the MOU with Sinosteel or deal with M&G? It would probably go DOWN by 50 cents with the media screaming "no institutional support".
Life just isn't fair, is it?
