Sprouts with chestnuts:
in a pan fry 1 cup pancheta lardons.
Then add the following:
500 gm Brussels sprout cut in halved.
75 gm butter.
When the butter starts to burn add the following:
200 gm pack vacuum-packed chestnut, roughly chopped.
¼ to ½ teaspoon nutmeg to taste.
