Hi @tigers2008 it was more a tounge in cheek comment about instos and 708 getting the left overs when the bonus options were supposed to be a reward to loyal holders. There are plenty of holders willing to take up any short fall.
I think we will get 75% take up and I agree with you that after that it should be back to only raising what we need when we need.
