just courious how do you get to speak to the ceo, calls should be vetted by the reception and passed through only when they know you, or know you as a significant share holder? do they have a list with names that correspond to incoming phone numbers? i wouldn't expect that anyone who rings up and wants to speak to the ceo will get through.
when i tried to call rez (they use the arthur phillip company offices of richard poole), i leave a message and dont get a reply.
